Devious Egyptian queen Cleopatra (Claudette Colbert) struggles to maintain her tenuous hold on her kingdom, wooing her lovers Julius Caesar (Warren William) and Marc Antony (Henry Wilcoxon) while manipulating the ongoing power struggle between the two Romans for her own nefarious ends.
