Here are some facts about the beautiful structure: This luxurious private residence was built in 1991 and designed by architect Richard Magee, the Wilshire has since received twenty major design awards. It's widely considered one of the finest condominium buildings in Los Angeles, easily distinguished by its spectacular limestone, copper exterior, and green balconies.
