Artist's Description

Art Deco interior from the Greta Garbo 1929 film, 'The Kiss,' designed by Cedric Gibbons. The movies from the mid 1920s and the 1930s were of modern, glamorous spaces, of sharply defined geometric designs & of luxurious penthouses. They were the first introduction most people had to the radically different new "modern" style, a style we now call Art Deco.
