Artist's Description

Pop Art based on an early Lucky Strike ad from the 1940s, before the "Lucky Strike Green Goes to War" campaign, where green paint was needed for trucks and tanks and the package was changed to white. Some say the pack color was changed because the tobacco industry was targeting young women as smokers and the army green clashed with clothing colors.
